Tom Barker

Tom Barker is a Co-Founder at Midnight Labs, where he helps remote and hybrid teams improve their performance through various programs. Prior to this, Tom has held various roles in learning strategy, consulting, and facilitation at People Tank, Howspace, and other notable companies. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from La Trobe University.
