Alice Tong

Alice Tong has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Alice started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Personnel Officer at Star Industrial Co Ltd. During their time there, they handled recruitment and staffing responsibilities. In 2014, Alice worked as a Human Resources Executive at Würth Elektronik Group, where they managed administrative duties and monitored staff attendance and performance. Alice then joined Jardine OneSolution as a Human Resource Analyst, where they were involved in training and development programs. Since 2016, Alice has been working at Peoplebank, initially as an Associate Consultant in the Commercial IT Contracting Team, then as a Consultant, and currently as a Senior Consultant. Peoplebank is a full-service technology staffing provider, catering to major local and multinational companies as well as government clients in Hong Kong SAR.

Alice Tong has a diverse education history. Alice has a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Australia, where they studied Business Administration and Human Resources Management. In 2012, they completed the Internal Quality Auditor Training Course - ISO at Perpetual Professional Management (PPM).

In 2015, Alice enrolled in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, focusing on the study of Japanese.

Furthermore, they have obtained several additional certifications. In 2021, Alice completed the "Introduction and Programming with IoT Boards" course from Coursera. Alice also holds a certification in "FinTech Law and Policy" from Coursera, which they obtained in 2020. In 2013, they received a Certificate in Mediation from HKU SPACE.
