Jenna Swaim

Jenna Swaim has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jenna worked as the VP and Head of Human Resources at PeopleFluent from September 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they were an HR Consultant specializing in Technology Investment Banking at Aeris Partners in 2014. From 2002 to 2008, they served as the Director of Human Resources at OneBeacon. Before that, they worked as an Associate in Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2002 and as an Analyst in the Credit Department at Goldman Sachs from 1996 to 1999.

Jenna Swaim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Yale University in 1996. Jenna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1999 to 2001.
