Liliia Martyniuk's work experience includes a role as an HR Manager at PeopleForce - All-in-One HRM Software since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at the RetailGroup - мережа РЦ "Турбіна" from August 2018 to September 2019.

Liliia Martyniuk obtained a bachelor's degree in Philology, with a focus on translation in English and German, from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. Liliia attended the academy from 2013 to 2017.
