Mital Bhansali has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Mital has worked as a Group Head Recruitment at Peoplefy, where they led talent acquisition and managed end-to-end recruitment for multiple accounts. Mital also served as a Manager Talent Acquisition at TomTom, leading a team of recruiters and conceptualizing recruitment strategies aligned with business unit goals. Prior to that, Mital worked as a Recruitment Manager at Peoplefy, managing key clients and driving revenues. Mital also has experience as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at Randstad, handling end-to-end recruitment responsibilities for an RPO. Mital has worked with various companies in different roles, including Syngenta, Credit Suisse, Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd., WNS NTrance Customer Services, and E2E Serwiz Solutions. Mital Bhansali started their education in 1999 at Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao High School, where they completed their 10th grade in the year 2000. After that, they attended M.I.T Junior College from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their 12th grade with a focus on Science. They then proceeded to Pune University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from 2003 to 2006.
