Barbara Madden

Barbara Madden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Barbara'smost recent position is as the Head of Client Strategy and Leadership Development at peoplepath, where they have been working since November 2021. Before that, they were a Delivery Partner (Recruiting) at the same company from December 2020 to November 2021.

Prior to joining peoplepath, Barbara worked as a Recruiter at BloomBright from November 2018 to September 2019. Barbara then transitioned to become an Executive Recruiter and Leadership Coach at The Leadership Group in June 2015. In this role, they guided the client strategy for executive searches in key healthcare startups, including positions such as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Head of Product, and Chief of Staff. Barbara stayed with The Leadership Group until May 2018.

Before joining The Leadership Group, Barbara was the VP of Client Relations (Founding Team) at Patient Safety Group from March 2012 to April 2015. Barbara also had significant experience at Aetna, a CVS Health Company (Student Health Division), where they held the positions of Head of Customer Operations from October 2010 to February 2012 and Vice President of Client Services from December 2005 to September 2010.

Barbara's career started at The Chickering Group, which was later acquired by Aetna, Inc. In this company, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Client Services (Founding Team) from October 2001 to December 2005. Prior to that, they worked at a startup CRM and Customer Service platform called eSupportnow as the Director of Client Services in 2000.

Barbara's earliest work experience was as the Director of Client Services and Customer Service at The Chickering Group, another startup specializing in college health and insurance products. Barbara held this position for a significant duration from January 1993 to January 2000.

Barbara Madden obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Barbara attended the university from 1987 to 1990.
