Juan Pablo Pinillos (He/Him)

Juan Pablo Pinillos has a diverse work experience in the field of sourcing and research. Juan Pablo started their career at Oracle in 2018 as a Sourcer and worked there until 2019. Juan then joined Roblox as a Sr. Technical Sourcer from September 2020 to April 2021. Juan Pablo later moved on to CircleCI as a Sr. Technical Sourcer from December 2020 to May 2021. In 2019, Juan joined peoplepath as a Sr. Technical Sourcer and continued working there until August 2022. Juan Pablo also had a brief stint at Upscribe as a Senior Sourcer from January 2022 to March 2022. Juan's next position was at Capital Group, where they served as a Senior Researcher from November 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Juan is employed at Medium as a Senior Researcher, starting from May 2022. Additionally, they also hold the role of Sourcing Lab Manager at peoplepath.io, starting from October 2022.
