Vishnu Shashank Samudrala

Vishnu Shashank Samudrala is a dedicated urban planner and fellow currently associated with People+ai since October 2023. Previously, Vishnu worked as an urban planner at Tapasya Design Studio from November 2021 to December 2023 and completed a project intern role at LEA Associates South Asia Private Limited, contributing to the final GIS work for the Vishakapatnam Metropolitan Regional Development Authority Masterplan in September 2021. Earlier project internships included research and mapping for the Environmental Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI) on the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Singareni Coal Mines Project, as well as a research intern position at Forum For A Better Hyderabad, focusing on mapping the Musi river stretch. Additional experience includes volunteering with SaciWATERs for WASH projects in local communities. Vishnu holds a Master of Planning in Environmental Planning from the School of Planning & Architecture Vijaywada and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Spa JNAFAU.
