Kurt Marzolf

Kurt Marzolf has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly as a Regional Vice President. At PeopleReady, they were responsible for overseeing both US and Canadian operations, with a focus on integrating acquired companies and exceeding corporate goals. Prior to this, at Advance Auto Parts, they transformed a region consisting of 162 retail locations, emphasizing customer experience and profitability. At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, they led the most diverse region in the corporation, managing a large team and driving sales and profit growth.

Kurt Marzolf holds a Master's Degree in Operations Management and Supervision from The Ohio State University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Kurt also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arizona, which they completed from 1984 to 1989. Prior to college, they attended Roger Ludlowe High School where they pursued general studies from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their academic achievements, Kurt has obtained several certifications including OSHA 10 & 30 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in 2020, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from The Ohio State University in 2017, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2014.
