Steve Skaggs

Steve Skaggs has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Steve began their career at Star Bank in 1993 as a Branch Manager and stayed there until 1999. Steve then joined National City Bank as a Small Business Banker. In 2001, they moved to Charter One Bank as a Business Banking Officer. In 2003, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Branch Manager, overseeing sales and service functions.

In 2008, Skaggs joined Ohio Commerce Bank and held various roles including AVP, Senior Credit Analyst, Vice President, Credit Manager, and Vice President, Senior Credit Officer. Steve then served as a Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer before the bank was acquired by Peoples Bank in 2013. At Peoples Bank, Skaggs held the position of Vice President, where they worked with the Chief Credit Officer and provided support for the bank's government guaranteed loan programs. Steve was later promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, where they led the Bank's Government Guaranty Lending Program and assisted the Chief Credit Officer in risk management reporting.

Steve Skaggs has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University.
