Kameron joined PeopleShare as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the internal hiring. He graduated from Valdosta State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Kameron brings his experience in hiring and growing talent combined with a dynamic work ethic and innate ability to build long-term relationships. Before acquiring a passion for talent acquisition, Kameron worked as a Branch Operational Manager for a fortune 300 company, where he consistently exceeded quarterly and yearly KPI goals.
