Tiffany Scott

Tiffany started with PeopleShare in November 2008 as a Recruiter in the Pottstown branch. In January 2011, she transitioned into a new role as a Corporate Trainer, and in September 2016, she was promoted to Director of Training. In 2019, she was promoted again to Vice President of Operations. And most recently, in 2022, promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

In her current role, Tiffany oversees training & development, marketing, customer service, and acquisition integrations. She came to PeopleShare from a leading retail corporation where her experience varied, from management, corporate training, and development to recruitment. She has Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
