Murali Vullaganti has a diverse and extensive work experience. Murali started their career at Hewlett-Packard (EDS) in 1995 as the Regional Director, Asia-Pacific, where they built the Trading and Risk Management vertical for investment banks, institutional banks, and corporate treasuries. In 2003, they joined Xansa as the CEO of India Operations and successfully scaled IT and BPO operations. In 2009, Murali founded RuralShores Business Services Pvt Ltd, a social enterprise aimed at creating employment in Indian villages through Rural BPO centers. In 2017, they founded PeopleShores, a Public Benefit Corporation focused on bringing jobs and professional skill development to economically challenged communities in the United States.
