Angelina Shamborska

Angelina Shamborska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global benefits strategy and management. Since May 2021, Angelina has served as the Senior Director of Global Benefits and Wellbeing at Okta, overseeing the company's global employee benefits strategy across more than 20 locations, including M&A and new country entry. Prior to this role, Angelina held the position of Director of Benefits and Compliance at New Relic, Inc., where responsibilities included managing global benefits strategy, vendor management, and compliance. Angelina's career also includes a significant tenure at Allianz, where responsibilities spanned global benefits oversight and employee relations within asset management units. Earlier roles in human resources at K&N Engineering focused on employee relations and managing a contingent workforce. Angelina holds an MBA in Sustainability, Finance, and Human Resources from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet.
