Derek Hann

Derek H. currently serves as a Talent Development Leader at Deloitte since August 2022, following a role as PeopleTech Partner at PeopleTech Partners, where focus is on driving growth and innovation in the Future of Work. Previously, Derek held the position of SVP & Head of Talent Development and Learning at Fidelity Investments from 2019 to 2022, and served as Chief Learning Officer at PayPal from 2014 to 2019. Additional experience includes senior roles at Citi, Heineken, Alcoa, Pitney Bowes, General Electric, and Philips, where expertise in talent management, leadership development, and corporate human resources was demonstrated. Derek holds an MS in Teaching from Sacred Heart University and a BA in English from Providence College, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
