Michelle Velasquez Pulido is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of People & Workplace at Rothy's since December 2018, Michelle also provides advisory support at PeopleTech Partners. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Human Resources at Minted, where leadership was provided to a team managing HR and office services for a rapidly growing workforce, and Director/Strategic Business Partner at Walmart.com, where strategic talent programs were developed for a high-paced retail environment. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Director of Human Resources at Design Within Reach and served as Staffing Manager at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from the University of California, Davis.
