Stacey Nordwall

Stacey Nordwall serves as the VP of People Strategy at Pyn since June 2020, focusing on creating an inclusive and equitable employee experience for a global SaaS company. With extensive experience in employee experience and people operations, Stacey previously held leadership roles at Culture Amp, where responsibilities included designing leadership and learning programs. As an active speaker and panelist, contributions include topics on effective feedback, inclusive communication, and employee wellness. Additionally, Stacey is involved as an advisor for various organizations, emphasizing operational insights and diversity initiatives, while holding advisory positions and memberships in councils that address critical HR challenges. Educational credentials include a BA in Communication and Psychology from Stanford University, as well as a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
