Alastair Shaw

Alastair Shaw is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the life sciences recruiting sector. As the Division Manager for US Life Sciences at Meet since October 2009, Alastair has overseen substantial growth and established the company as a key provider for the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and medical device industries from the Manhattan office. Previously, Alastair served as Director of Key Accounts & Contract, managing the Pharmaceutical division and focusing on recruitment in Europe for clinical, medical, and pharmacovigilance roles. Prior to Meet, Alastair was a Senior Consultant at Progressive Pharma, where responsibilities included leading the Clinical Operations division in the UK and specializing in high-level recruitment. Alastair holds a 2.1 degree in History from the University of Birmingham.
