Danica Lacroix Joanis is currently the Director of People & Culture at Pepco Corp. Prior to this, Danica held various roles such as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Proaction International. Danica also served as the Human Resources Director at Pepco Corp and held positions in Organizational Development/Health and Safety Coordination at Premier Tech and as a Bilingual Project and Marketing Coordinator at Direction Ontario. Danica started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Chubb Edwards after completing their degree in Business Management and Organization Study with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services from Western University.
