The board of directors at PepGen has a history of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and accounting. The founder and CSO of Checkmate Pharmaceuticals, CSO of Sarepta Therapeutics, and CEO of RaNA Therapeutics are all previous members of the board. In addition, the current Chief Financial Officer of PepGen previously held the same position at Pardes Biosciences and Imbria Pharmaceuticals. Other notable companies that previous members of the board have been a part of include Atlas Venture and Respivant Sciences.
