Mariko Helm

Mariko Helm is a seasoned management consultant currently serving at Pepper Foster Consulting since September 2023. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Product Management and Program Design Manager at WMFDP | FDPGlobal from December 2020 to September 2023, and Associate Strategic Energy Management Consultant at Stillwater Energy in 2020. Mariko's consulting experience includes impactful contributions to organizations such as DemocracyLab and Seattle Children's, where strategic plans and business models addressing various social challenges were developed. Earlier in the career, Mariko held positions focused on communication and advocacy, notably supporting the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation at Weber Shandwick.
