Michelle Sargeant

Michelle Sargeant has had a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michelle started their career at St George Bank as a Regional Executive from August 2007 to August 2010, and then transitioned as a Sales Manager Mobile Lending from August 2010 to July 2011. In 2013, they joined Pepper Money ANZ as a Business Development Manager, supporting mortgage brokers to develop their businesses. Michelle later became the Manager Broker Support from October 2017 to July 2019. In September 2019, Michelle joined Pepper New Zealand as the National Sales Manager, and concurrently held the role of National Sales Manager New Zealand at Pepper Money NZ from July 2019 to November 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Sales Operation at Pepper Money ANZ.
