Calum MacLeod

Calum MacLeod is an experienced operations and performance leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Performance Enabler at CMac Consulting since August 2020, Calum focuses on helping small to medium-sized businesses enhance their strategies and accelerate performance. Previously, Calum held various senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Sr. Director Operations and Sr. Director Manufacturing, where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale modernization initiatives, managing the strategic agenda for multiple sites, and leading significant transformations within the Quaker Division. Additional experience includes service as President of C.MacLeod & Associates Operations Consulting Ltd. from March 2021 to January 2023 and leadership roles in supply chain and distribution at Frito-Lay Canada. Calum holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and Technical University of Nova Scotia (Dal-Tech).
