Gian la Rocca

Gian La Rocca is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in food science and technology. Currently serving as R&D Director at PepsiCo, Gian has held multiple positions within the company, including R&D Senior Manager for South Latin America and for the Andean Region, covering Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Prior experience includes a role as a researcher in R&D at HJ Heinz. Gian holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Simon Bolivar University, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, obtained from 1996 to 2002.
