Hoang Dao Xuan

Hoang Dao Xuan currently serves as the Vietnam Global Procurement Lead at PepsiCo since November 2022, overseeing procurement strategies. Previously, Hoang held multiple roles at Nestlé from January 2013 to November 2022, culminating in the position of Head of Factory Supply Chain, where responsibilities included global sourcing and supply chain management for dehydrated agricultural categories and ingredients. Hoang's experience encompasses managing commodity procurement, price risk management, supplier negotiations, and new product development. Educational credentials include an International Master of Business Administration from Birmingham City University, a Pearson Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations, and a certification in Supply Chain Management from the International Trade Centre.
