Ian Shields

Ian Shields is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading IT strategy and business engagement across various roles at PepsiCo since February 2003. As Vice President IT, and former roles including CIO for UK, Ireland, and South Africa, Ian has been instrumental in driving digital transformation within the Commercial and Supply Chain functions, overseeing IT operations, M&A strategy, and enterprise architecture. Prior to PepsiCo, Ian worked as an IT Consultant and held various positions at Oracle and Bristol-Myers Squibb, providing a strong foundation in technology implementation and architecture. Ian holds a BSc in Computing from Liverpool John Moores University.
