John Chalmers has extensive experience in commercial capability leadership, having held key roles in prominent organizations. At GSK, from 2014 to 2021, John served as Capability Controller for GB & Ireland, focusing on developing tailored capability programs based on internal assessments. Following this, John worked as Commercial Capability Lead for Northern Europe at Haleon from January 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included designing and implementing commercial strategies across multiple markets. Currently, since July 2024, John holds the position of Commercial Capability Manager for UK & Ireland at PepsiCo, concentrating on enhancing sales growth and customer engagement. Additionally, John has a background in sales leadership from a previous role as Business Unit Controller at Pernod Ricard UK from 2005 to 2013.
