Madhubanti Chaudhuri is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director of Commercial Capability for Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia at PepsiCo. With a strong background in organizational effectiveness, Madhubanti has worked with Aditya Birla Group and held senior roles at Reliance Industries Limited as Sr General Manager for the Leadership Academy, contributing to the British Petroleum HR Transformation Initiative. Prior experience includes leading capability initiatives for the South Asia Marketing Function and the Water Business at Unilever. Madhubanti's career began at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited as an HR Officer.
