Marco Hoffmann is currently the Head of Field Force at PepsiCo, where they lead a team of 65 individuals, develop sales training, and oversee the transition to a more dynamic work structure. Previously, Marco held various roles at Red Bull, including Area Manager for South and East, where they provided strategic leadership and training for teams, as well as created regional business plans. Marco began their professional journey as a Sales Representative at Marlox Group and Red Bull. They obtained their degree in Industrial Management from IHK between 2002 and 2005.
