Margaret Henry

Margaret Henry serves as the Vice President of Sustainable & Regenerative Agriculture at PepsiCo, where previous roles included Senior Director of Sustainable Agriculture Strategy & External Engagement and Director of Sustainable Agriculture. Additionally, Margaret holds a trustee position at the Farm & Wilderness Foundation, Inc. and has worked as Program Director for Strategy at the Sustainable Food Lab. Experience also includes serving as Director of Sustainability & CSR Performance at Sodexo and providing independent consultancy in sustainability and corporate social responsibility for Sodexo North America. Margaret's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public International Affairs from Princeton University, along with a certificate in Public Affairs focusing on International Development and Science.
