Veronica Riojas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in innovation, marketing, and category management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & Emerging Brands in the Global Foods Group at PepsiCo since December 2011, Veronica has held several key leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo Latin America and Vice President of Latin America Insights & Analytics. Prior to PepsiCo, Veronica worked at Abbott as Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing & Category Management and at Procter & Gamble as a Category Specialist. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Professional Writing from Baylor University, earned in 1999.
