Neil Graves

Neil Graves is an experienced security management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Security Officer Division at Per Mar Security Services since May 2011, Neil Graves oversees business and security operations across Indiana, Ohio, and Southern Michigan. Prior to this role, Neil Graves held the position of Vice President of Operations at Employer's Security, Inc. from November 1989 to May 2011, where responsibilities included directing activities for the Physical and Electronics Security Divisions. Educational credentials include a graduate degree in Homeland Security from the Indiana State Police Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
