The Sales and Marketing team at Pera is responsible for promoting and selling Pera's neurolinguistic software to businesses and individuals. This team includes key roles such as the Recruiter, who identifies and acquires potential clients; the Head of Sales and Customer Success, who drives sales strategies and ensures client satisfaction; the Commercial Sales Executive, who executes sales plans and manages client relationships; and the Head of Marketing, who develops and implements marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads. Their combined efforts aim to highlight the simplicity, speed, and accuracy of Pera’s competency fingerprinting technology, ultimately expanding the customer base and ensuring high-quality talent selection.
