Cindy Manning

Cindy Manning is a seasoned professional in cloud application and service delivery management with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale SaaS migrations and collaboration solutions. Currently serving as Cloud Application and Tech Manager at Peraton since April 2021, Cindy previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager for Cloud Offerings and Services at Perspecta from February 2019 to April 2023. Cindy's career includes roles such as Global Solutions Delivery Leader for Office 365 at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as significant early experience in messaging and collaboration at HP, Electronic Data Systems, Sabre Corporation, and American Airlines. Cindy holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing studies between 1991 and 1994.
