Jorge Diaz

Jorge Diaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, cloud services, and project management, particularly within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Peraton since May 2021, Jorge leads a team supporting the DHS DCCO program. Prior to this role, Jorge held several leadership positions at Perspecta, including Director of Engineering, Mobility, and Cloud Services, where strategic oversight of cloud modernization initiatives was provided. Jorge's expertise also encompasses significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, managing critical messaging and mobility services, and leading technical teams for large-scale federal projects. Additionally, Jorge possesses a strong foundation in Active Directory infrastructure from previous experience with EDS/Norwegian Cruise Lines, along with a background in network planning and solutions architecture. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in Public Administration at Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Marine Biology from Miami Dade College.
