Leslie Russell is an experienced Information Technology and Network Planner currently leading LAN and WLAN infrastructure projects for the United States Army Strategy Support Element at Technique Solutions since April 2022. With a solid background in telecommunications and network operations, Leslie has effectively managed complex communication systems for national emergency response operations at DGCI, provided engineering support at Insight Global/DynCorp Intl, and ensured operational readiness within the US Army across multiple roles, including Satellite Communications Terminal Senior Manager. Leslie holds a degree in Homeland Security from American Military University and has a proven track record of overseeing large teams and extensive telecommunications systems.
