Matt McQueen

As Chief Engagement & Communications Officer, Matt serves as the company’s senior communications advisor and leads an integrated team with responsibilities for branding, media relations, employee and executive communications, digital and social content, tradeshows and events, government affairs, and community relations.

Prior to joining Peraton, Matt spent more than 18 years with Northrop Grumman, most recently as director of communications for its Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions and Space ISR Systems divisions. He also had responsibility for their enterprise cyber branding efforts.

He previously held senior leadership roles in strategic communications, government relations, strategic planning, and business development at Northrop Grumman.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from the College of Wooster, and a master’s degree in organizational science from the George Washington University.
