Susan Major

Susan Major currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Peraton, a position held since March 2023. Prior to joining Peraton, Susan held the same title at Day & Zimmermann from April 2017 to March 2023. Susan's extensive experience in human resources also includes serving as the Director and Group HR Business Partner at CSRA from June 2012 to April 2017, as the Senior Director of Talent Management at TASC from December 2009 to June 2012, and as the HR Director at Northrop Grumman from April 2004 to December 2009. Susan Major holds a Master's degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wilson College.
