Mostafa Uddin is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in network orchestration and video streaming applications. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Peraton Labs, Mostafa has significantly contributed to DARPA's MINC project, developing the Virtualization Execution Framework (VEF) stack. Prior to this, Mostafa held the position of Research Scientist at Bell Labs, where work focused on the Hyper I3 Architecture for IoT stream distribution. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at Old Dominion University, where efforts were directed toward ensuring end-to-end Quality of Experience for video streaming on smart devices, and internships at Bell Labs and Hewlett-Packard, emphasizing SDN-based cyber attack detection and WLAN virtualization. Mostafa holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.
