David Rivera

David Rivera began their work experience in 2016 at InsureMyTrip as a Customer Service Representative/Claims Advocate. David then joined MetLife in 2018 as an Insurance Sales Representative. In 2019, they transitioned to HiRoad, where they started as a Senior Customer Care Specialist and later became a Customer Service Team Lead. Currently, David Rivera holds the position of Vice President Customer Service at Percapita, starting in January 2023.

David Rivera attended Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School from 2004 to 2008. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Culinary Arts, with a focus on Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General.
