Joel Pollick is the Founder & CEO of Percent Pledge, a company that encourages businesses to donate a percentage of their profits to charity. Prior to Percent Pledge, Joel was an equity partner at Market Strategy Group and a consultant at The Giving Back Fund. In addition to their work in the private sector, Joel has also served as an assistant basketball coach at Brookline High School and a business development specialist at AccuRev.

Joel has always been interested in giving back and helping others. Joel was motivated to start Percent Pledge after seeing the success of The Giving Back Fund in leveraging the power of celebrity to benefit a charitable cause. To date, Percent Pledge has encouraged businesses to donate more than $30,000,000 to charity. Joel is passionate about making a difference in the world and hopes to continue to grow Percent Pledge so that it can make an even bigger impact.

Joel Pollick's educational career began at Wellesley High School. Joel then went on to Grinnell College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. After graduating from Grinnell, Joel Pollick attended Union College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics.
