Jennifer Howard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer began their career at Pegasystems in 2001 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Jennifer then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at a Private Principal from 2002 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Scale Computing as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the COO and CPO. Jennifer briefly worked at Apple in 2012 as a Project Manager for Global Retail Training. In 2013, they became an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager at Axway Developer. Since 2014, Jennifer has been at Percept Corporation, where they have held multiple roles, including Director of Administration and Human Resources, Director of Human Resources and Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager.

Jennifer Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from San Jose State University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in January 2023.
