James Lehman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James is currently working as a Sales Development Director at Perceptyx since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Enterprise Sales Development Leader at Mursion from June 2021 to May 2022. James has also worked at SmartRecruiters, where they held various roles including Account-Based Marketing Manager, North American Sales Development Manager, and Enterprise Business Development Manager. Before that, they worked at Ultimate Truck and Auto Accessories as a Sales Marketing Manager, where they gained expertise in B2B/Wholesale/Retail/eCommerce sales, marketing, customer service, and online support. James started their career at Performance Home Medical as a Sleep Equipment Specialist and later as a Customer Service Representative. James had also worked at Lincare Holdings, Inc, where they served in roles such as Customer Service Representative, Center Manager, Medicare Upfront Review, and Patient Account Coordinator. James began their professional journey at AmSan as an Assistant Controller.

James Lehman earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Eastern Washington University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Film/Humanities from Spokane Falls Community College, where they studied from 1998 to 2000.
