Jennifer Conway

Jennifer Conway has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Perceptyx, a company specializing in employee listening and people analytics. In this role, they oversee the largest portfolio of employee listening channels and solutions.

Prior to their current position, Jennifer worked at Waggl as the Chief Customer Officer and later as the Head of Customer Success. Their responsibilities included defining product-market fit, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and ensuring the successful integration of Waggl's customer base into Perceptyx. Jennifer also established the Customer Success organization and achieved an impressive NPS score from customers.

Jennifer's previous experience includes roles at Swirl as a Group Account Director, where they established a new capability focused on digital product experience and transformed agency-client relationships. Jennifer also worked at BBDO Detroit as the Vice President, Account Director, where they led a global team supporting CRM strategies for international markets.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held roles at Visual Services, Inc. as an Account Supervisor and Business Analyst, as well as at Electronic Data Systems, where they demonstrated their leadership in customer relations.

Jennifer Conway (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University. Jennifer has also obtained additional certifications, including the ValueSelling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in 2022, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, and the Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization certification from Lynda.com in 2016.
