Lisa Sterling

Lisa Sterling's work experience includes roles in various companies and organizations. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Ultimate Software, where they held positions such as Product Manager, Director of Global Talent Management, and Head of People Engagement. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Partner at Mercer, focusing on Talent Technology Solutions. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Ceridian as the Executive Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer, as well as Vice President of Dayforce Talent Management. Lisa also contributed to the Forbes Human Resources Council as a Forbes Contributor starting in 2017. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of the Virtual Women's Network and a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at ThinkX, a human capital technology company. In 2021, Lisa joined EverCommerce as the Chief Administrative and HR Officer and also worked as the Chief People Officer at SmartRecruiters. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Perceptyx, starting in 2022.
