Michael Rejniak

Michael Rejniak has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2024. Most recently, they worked as the VP of Revenue Operations at Perceptyx starting in 2024. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member of The RevOps Collective in 2023. Michael also held roles such as Revenue Enablement Analytics and Technology at Cribl in 2023 and Director of Sales Enablement at Okta from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, Michael has experience as the VP of Sales Operations at SecureAuth Corporation, VP of Sales Operations Initiatives at ServiceMax, VP of WW Field Operations at Resolve Systems, Associate Director and Sr. Manager of Global Sales Operations at Cornerstone OnDemand. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Engagement Director at Hooky Interactive, where they played a key role in growing revenues and collaborating with major brands in the entertainment industry. Michael began their career as a Division Director at The Creative Group in 2008.

Michael Rejniak obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Management & Analytics from Western Governors University in 2020. Michael then went on to earn a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information, which they completed between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, Michael obtained several certifications including CIW Data Analyst from Certification Partners (CIW) in 2020, Data Analyst from Udacity in 2019, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA in November 2018, and CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in October 2018.
