Michael Zia Mian

Michael Zia Mian, Ph.D., ACC, serves as a Principal Workforce Transformation Consultant at Perceptyx since 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Employee Experience Consultant. From 2016 to 2021, Michael worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma, teaching courses on Leadership in Organizations and Organizational Culture. Michael is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Mian Talent Solutions, a firm focused on enhancing talent management systems through comprehensive assessments and analytics from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Michael contributed to Mercer in various roles from 2003 to 2015, advancing employee assessment and survey solutions for clients. Early career experience includes a consultancy position at Wilson Learning from 1998 to 2003, focusing on employee development for major corporations. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, an MA from the University of New Haven, and a BA from Queen's University.
