Previously, Lisa served as Vice President of Global Support Operations at Meta, overseeing a wide range of customer experience management functions. Lisa's career includes significant roles at Uber Technologies, including Global Head of Support Operations, and at Convergys, where Lisa was Senior Vice President. Educational background encompasses an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School focused on corporate directorship and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
