Hannah Jaum has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hannah started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys, where they handled the SPRINT telecommunications account. Hannah continued in customer service roles, working at CALLCAMP COMPANY INC. from 2015 to 2016, managing food and beverage accounts for Popeyes and Pastamania in Singapore. In 2018, they pursued the Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training (RISTT) Program focused on digital marketing and web development. Following this, they worked at Movley as an Executive Assistant and at CrewBloom as a Customer Success Representative. Hannah also gained experience as a Lead Generation Manager at JAQ Business Solutions and as a Customer Service Manager at Amazon's Freeeup. Hannah'smost recent role is as the Lead of Downstream Operations EU/UK at Perch, starting in September 2020.
