Mike Alden

Mike drives Percussion's vision, strategy, an operations. Mike is passionate about building high performing teams, scaling SaaS businesses, and creating a culture that attracts and retains top talent. For the past decade, Mike has held CEO positions at Crescendo, ViewDo Labs, and Axceler. He began his career in software in 1997 with Percussion's London office and worked his way up to President in 2004. Prior to Percussion, Mike worked in tech recruiting and consulting. Mike earned a BA Business from St Michael's College in Vermont. He lives in Manchester, MA with his wife Ellen and three kids.
